Dischi che usciranno settembre dicembre 2024
Sarà un quadrimestre con i botti, perlomeno dai nomi che circolano e dai dischi che usciranno; c’è da dire che questi sono solo una parte infinitesimale della mole mostruosa di dischi che usciranno tra settembre dicembre 2024.
Aspettiamo tutti da almeno due anni, i due, anzi tre dischi dei The Cure, più l’album solista di Robert Smith (almeno così dice lui).
Attesissimo anche il nuovo album dei Tool che dovrebbe uscire nel 2024, così come quello dei Korn e di Zach De La Rocha.
Sicuramente uscirà il disco dei grandi God Is an Astronaut, mentre quello di David Gilmour si preannuncia uno di quei dischi che farà molto discutere, anche perché i due nuovi singoli non fanno ben sperare, d’altronde quello che doveva dire lo ha detto parecchi anni or sono.
Sarà invece interessante ascoltare il nuovo degli Xiu Xiu, ora tornati duo, il nuovo dei Public Service Broadcasting, quello di Nubya Garcia e l’attesissimo nuovo lavoro di Tony Levin “Bringing It Down to the Bass” che uscirà il 13 settembre 2024, avrà come special super guest “amici e parenti del bassista”, tra cui: Robert Fripp, Vinnie Colaiuta, Mike Portnoy, ci saranno anche Pat Mastelotto, Gary Husband, Steve Hunter, Earl Slick, Alex Fost, Colin Gatwood., Steve Gadd, David Torn, Jerry Marotta, L. Shank, Larry Fast e Geremy Stacey.
