Gli Hammock mi fanno sognare sempre, ogni volta che ascolto la loro musica mi tuffo in un viaggio interstellare senza fine; questo è l’effetto che mi provocano.
Il duo di Nashville ha finalmente terminato le registrazioni di “Mysterium”, e pensare che neanche un anno fa la band pubblicava l’ottimo “Everything and Nothing”.
Ascoltando “This Is Not Enough” degli Hammock si capisce subito che le dinamiche e le strutture armoniche non si discostano dalla loro produzione; il sound è il tipico ambient/post rock dilatatissimo che li ha caratterizzati sin da Kenotic, primo embrionale disco di Marc Byrd e Andrew Thompson.
Gli Hammock pubblicheranno “Mysterium” in tutti i formati incluse diverse versioni in vinile il 25 agosto 2017
